Curtain Headings

Having chosen your fabric, the next decision is to choose the heading style.

Eyelet Curtains – These are a contemporary look with the choice of eyelet colour to suit your fabric and room. They can only be used on a pole.

Triple or Double Pinch Pleat Curtains – These both create a classic more formal look, and suit either a pole or track.

Inverted Pleat Curtains – This heading gives flat fronted finish and should be used on a pole.

Wave Heading - This is a contemporary and can be used on poles or tracks with a ‘wave insert’ feature.

Pencil Pleat Curtains - This is a tape heading and can be used on poles, tracks and with pelmets.

Curtain Trimmings, Tiebacks and Pelmets

Contrast bands, braids or beads can be added to the leading edge of the curtains, to the top of the bottom of the curtains, or can round all of the edges.

Tiebacks can be used to hold curtains back off a window, or as a decorative finish.

There are two types of pelmet: a flat upholstered pelmet, and a soft pelmet (valance). They can be straight or shaped.

Roman Blinds

Roman blinds can be made using the majority of fabrics and can be fitted inside or outside the window recess. They are handmade and are stab stitched so there are not horizontal stitching lines across the face of the fabric. Our blinds are supplied on a chain driven track and they all comply with the safety regulations introduced in 2014.
